After I’ve received your order I’ll send a confirmation email. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox. When you receive this email, I have received your order in good order.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been made, packed & shipped. Lead time of a custom bag can be up to 3 weeks, I’ll inform you about the exact time after your purchase. Or ask me upfront. The lead time of ‘standard’ webshop orders are stated in the listing. Mostly max 2 weeks. Your order will be shipped to the address indicated on the order confirmation. All orders are shipped with PostNL from our home country, The Netherlands. Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process, which are outside of my control. Also, deliveries may sometimes take a bit longer depending on your local postal service.
You can return your purchased item(s) within 14 days after you received your order. All return orders must not be used and can not be damaged. When your return order is received Cindy Jeurissen will refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please contact me by email first, within 14 days, if you want to return your bag.
Please note that custom orders can’t be returned!
All prices are in euros, with VAT specified per buyer’s country (where applicable) excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added to your order and depend on your destination country.
Free shipping on all EU orders, over €75.
For deliveries outside Europe you may have to pay import duty, formal customs entry fees or local sales taxes. These fees/taxes are your responsibility and must be paid by you. Unfortunately I have no control over these fees. I cannot tell you what the costs would be as custom polities, import duties and sale taxes vary widely form country to country.
NEW – If you are shopping from outside of the EU you will not pay any VAT at checkout.
Because of changes in the taxation rules within the EU -starting July 1st of 2021- I’m obligated to charge the VAT (Value Added Tax) percentage of the EU country I’m shipping to.
Regardless of where you place your order from, there will be calculate VAT according to your shipping address.
