WHAT I DO
Alongside commissioned work I also create conceptual, autonomous fine art photography: personal, artistic images built around emotion, movement and story.
My background is in design. After graduating from the Academy of Fine Arts in Maastricht I spent almost twenty years as a bag designer with my own studio, with photography always in the background and slowly growing into my greatest passion. Through my training as a professional photographer and my studies in Conceptual Photography at the Fotoacademie in Amsterdam I arrived at the work I do now: professional and creatively layered.
I work from Zaandam, with exhibitions and projects in the Amsterdam area and beyond.

Deeper than the Skin
Ten women. Ten stories. All different, and yet with something in common. Above all: visible scars from self-harm.
The series is on show as a photo exhibition combined with support services, from 2 to 6 November 2026 at The Beach in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, in collaboration with TeamED and W in de Wijk.
Can’t make it during the week? Then you’re very welcome to visit me at the weekend. On 7 and 8 November the series can be seen at Fotostudio Cindy Jeurissen in Zaandam.
Exclusive fine art prints
I created these works on commission for a single client in Amsterdam: from my free work they chose images that suited their spaces, and I then designed and printed each one specifically for that spot. A passion for personal work
I love making personal work: with dancers, on the beach or while travelling. I have a passion for powerful, true-to-colour, high-contrast images that speak clearly and directly. Thanks to my broad training I move effortlessly between personal branding, corporate headshots, corporate photography, events, sports photography and conceptual personal work!
I make personal work to let inspiration flow, and to arrive at more creative images in my commissioned work too.
Maternity photography as art for your home
Are you pregnant and would you like this special time captured in a special way? Against a black background and with low-key lighting I photograph the lines of your bump so that a real artwork emerges.
Here too I take care of the whole process from start to finish: the shoot, the edits and the premium print of your favourite image or of a whole series.

Dance photography: yourself as art on your wall
Are you a dancer and would you like yourself captured in a special way? I photograph dancers in a way that turns the result into a real artwork. Not of a model, but of you! What does an art print of your work cost?
The price depends on the size and the finish. In my webshop you’ll find the available sizes and prices for each artwork.
What kind of paper are the prints made on?
I have my work printed on high-quality Hahnemühle paper, the worldwide standard in museums and galleries. The paper is acid-free and of archival quality, which means the colours stay beautiful for decades without yellowing. Thanks to its fine texture and high cotton content the blacks gain depth and the details stay sharp: exactly what sets a print of an artwork apart from an ordinary photo print.
What sizes and finishes are the prints available in?
Every print is a luxury reproduction of an original artwork, with care for material, size and finish. The available options are listed with each work in the webshop.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide. Wherever you live: my work is always within reach.
How long before my print arrives?
Every print is made to order. Allow around two weeks for production and shipping together. In a hurry? Let me know and I’ll see what’s possible.
Can I see the work in person first?
You can. A selection of my work hangs in premium quality at a client’s in Amsterdam, and you’re welcome at my studio in Zaandam. Just get in touch to arrange something.
Do you also create conceptual work on commission?
Yes. Alongside my personal work and the prints in the webshop, I also create conceptual fine art on commission, for an exhibition, an interior or a personal project for example. Get in touch to talk through the possibilities.
